Updates? I've Got 'Em

A bit of this and that for you………

Comic Con: As you may have heard, my new BFFs at Psych invited me to be a surprise guest at their Comic Con panel. The panel opened with a short video I’d taped with Dule and James when I was up in Vancouver working on my episode of the show, and when it ended I took the stage for a few choruses of “Shout” with the guys. Hilarity ensued . I’m told the good folks at USA Network are going to put the video from the panel online, and I’ll post the link when I have it. Until then, I’m sure you’ll find a Google search fruitful for both photos and fan video.

Psych: The last I heard, my episode is scheduled to be telecast on September 1. That’s not confirmed, though, so stay tuned, as they say.

Tears For Fears: We’re gearing up for the big East Coast tour… I know we’ll be seeing many of you KOOKs along the way . As usual when I’m on the road, I’ll be doing more tweeting than blogging, although I may take the opportunity to try out some video blogging with my new iPhone. We’ll see.

ITV Fest: I’ve been invited by Mike Rotman, executive producer of my show “Stripped Down Live With Curt Smith,” to sit on a panel about web tv at the ITV Fest in Hollywood next Wednesday, August 4. You need a day pass to the Festival to attend the panel, which you can get at www.itvfest.org.

Stripped Down Live: After the panel, I’ll dash over the hill to the Streamin’ Garage to prepare for Stripped Down Live. I’m quite pleased that my guest that evening will be Carina Round, supported by Nightmare and The Cat. It was great to see so many faces in the chat room for our premiere episode on July 21. I hope you’ll all be back on August 4; please do tell your friends about it as well. We have a Facebook page, so if you’re on there, give us a Like and share the link with your friends.
