This and that from our holiday:

Wales is very wet and windy this morning. I passed 10,000 Twitter followers overnight. Should I tell them I have no idea where I’m going?

One of my Twitter followers asked me what I thought of The Donald running for president. My response: Government becoming a reality show? Inevitable really!

The first three miles of my run seemed easy today. Then I turned around, and had a 20 mph wind in my face for the last three miles. No fun! One of my Twitter followers consoled me with “At least you don’t have long hair to whip you in the face .” Now I’ll have Willow Smith stuck in my head.
